At New England Dumpster Rentals, we believe in keeping things clear and simple. We’re all about transparency — making sure you know exactly how our process works and what to expect every step of the way.
Below, you’ll find just about everything you need to know before you rent a dumpster with us, along with quick answers to the most common questions we get.
FAQ
How long can I keep the dumpster rental?
As long as you need! You’ll have 7 days included with a small daily charge past the 7 days. Make sure you call us ahead of time to get on our schedule for pickup.
Do I need to be home for dumpster delivery or pickup?
Not at all! As long as you give our dispatcher a detailed description of your property and where you need our dumpster placed!
When will my dumpster get there?
Because we have so many people to service in different locations, we can’t confirm an exact time our driver will be there. However, you don’t need to be there and you’ll receive text message updates through the whole process.
Will the dumpster damage my property?
We take every precaution possible to avoid damages to the property. Our drivers are very safe and careful and we put wood boards under the dumpster to protect the driveway. – be sure to let us know if you have a newer driveway (Especially during hot summer days.
When is NEDR open and when does NEDR deliver/pickup?
We are always open 7am-7pm everyday to take calls. We typically deliver and pick up anytime between 7am and 5pm. We usually don’t deliver/pickup on weekends unless there is an emergency.
How does the pickup work?
At NEDR we don’t automatically schedule pickups. We do this to avoid picking up your dumpster before you want us to. To get the dumpster picked up, simply call/text us ahead of time at our main company number as we can get you on our schedule
When do I pay and what do I need in order to book?
We always take payment upfront so that your rental is secured and ready to go. You can book as far in advance as you’d like. What you’ll need to give us is your billing information and a brief description of the property and project.
What if I need multiple dumpsters?
We’re flexible! If you need multiple dumpsters we can bring you multiple back to back or we can do what’s called a “Swap”. This is where we bring you a new dumpster at the same time as picking up your old one

Dumps, Time, Distance
Some weight, time, and distance are included with every rental. We charge extra for additional time, distance and weight beyond the base amounts.

Moves/Dry Runs $150.00
A charge applies if the dumpster must be moved after the initial drop or if it cannot be serviced upon pickup due to being blocked or overloaded. Please note New England Dumpster Rentals is not responsible or liable for any property or driveway damage resulting from dumpster placement, pickup, or use.

Special Items
The dump charges for some items separately upon weigh in. These fees pass to you based on the final dump ticket.
